The Flow Movement

Menstruation is a natural process that half of the world’s population experiences, yet it remains shrouded in silence and stigma. For many women and girls, menstruation serves as a barrier to their education, health, and social participation. Lack of access to menstrual education and resources is a global issue that affects millions of people, especially those in low-income and marginalized communities.

Here at Humanity Helps Hunger, we recognize the urgent need to break the silence and provide accessible, evidence-based menstrual education and resources to everyone who needs it. We believe that by empowering individuals with knowledge about their bodies and their menstrual cycles, we can help them take control of their health and wellbeing. Our mission is to promote menstrual equity and eliminate period poverty so that everyone can live their lives without shame, fear, or limitation.
